Currently hooked on to Jennifer Lopez’s “Get Right” and Britney Spear’s “Do Something”.

Wow….can’t believe that in a blink of an eye it’s already the 4th Feb. Chinese New Year is just around the corner and my family and I are leaving for Bali this coming Tuesday.

Nothing much’s been happening here. Been doing lotsa shopping mostly. I keep on converting the price to Aussie dollars, buying it thinking well, that’s pretty cheap. But at the same time I have to remind myself that I don’t have an income now, and even if I do, I wouldn’t be earning Aussie dollars, so I  should start thinking in Ringgit terms and I shouldn’t shop so much.

Weather here’s so gloomy everyday, it’s hazy in the day and when evening comes it just pours. It doesn’t rain here like it does in Sydney, it pours…like the heavens just poured a whole big pail of water down. It’s relatively short but very heavy….most of the time you can’t see out the widscreen of the car properly even with the wiper working on full speed.

The view from my balcony on a typical hazy day. On a clear day you can see KL Tower and the Twin Towers somewhere centre right and sometimes even Genting up top the hill, far right.

So far I’ve only sent one resume out and well, no reply yet. Kinda taking it easy at the moment. Will go at job hunting full swing after CNY. Taking this time to catch up on my MTV and Channel V, and clearing out my room of all my old junks and also doing a bit of redecorating. Have yet to learn how to drive again *shudder*……dreading it.

don’t feel too bad, we’ve had pretty dodgy weather here lately…not much of a summer at all!

hope all is well, good luck with the job hunting! how’s that honeyroasted thing coming along?
